If my attorney has already filed my divorce papers can I change attorneys without interruption?

Depends on how complicated your divorce is. More complicated - more delaym less complicated - less or no delay.

Sure, you can and should be able to engage any lawyer you prefer.
The new attorney would notify the court that he or she is the new attorney of record.
That being said, your new attorney would want to look over the petition and any other documents that have been filed to date to verify that they have been done correctly. So there would be some additional expense for that which would be fairly minimal unless there was some error that needed to be corrected.
