My 15 year old daughter has been living with my mother her whole life because my mother is guardian. I had my dughter at a very young age. When can my daughter come live with me. My mother does not allow her to spend time with me unless she is present.

Unless you hire a lawyer, and go to court to modify conservatorship; you will have to wait until she is 18 and an adult.
