changing marriage license due to recent name change

I recently legally changed my last name, but now need my declaration for informal marriage license changed to reflect this so my spouse can get new DL, SS card, etc. in Texas....What do I do?

You contact each individual agency that issued your ID or statement, and follow their internal procedure.

Ms Langford is of course correct. TxDOT can tell you what to do for the DL, etc. Ask nicely and people will want to help you.
