Want a cheap, but affective divorce

My husband, and father of my two children had an affair. the woman is now pregnant with his chid. He does not support my children, and has very little contact with them, by his choice. I want to know how to get a cheap, but affective divorce. And, if there is a way I can get full custody of both children.

Re: Want a cheap, but affective divorce

As I tell my clients, "it takes two to tango."

In other words, your desire for a quick, easy,

divorce with full custody entirely depends on

your husband. Keep in mind that nobody at the

beginning wants a long, protracted, expensive,

emotionally draining divorce. The reason they

happen is that the parties do not agree on the

divorce or the terms of the divorce. Although

attorneys can help make the process easier in

many instances, they cannot make the parties agree.

I hope this helps.
