Don't be bullied. Adultery is a factor in the division of assets of the marital estate. It is not a grounds for divorce, or alone, a ground to establish the primary conservator. Retain an attorney in your area to discuss your options, and do not let him scare you into agreeing to things you don't want to do. This is an emotional time, and the decisions need to be clear and rational.
