cheating spouse

What can be done if i catch my wife having an affair with a man in which i sent to my house to sell her food off the Schwans truck. I have filed for divorce but was wondering if i can do anything else to him or her. He is much older so he convinced her into leaving me with our 2 small children.

You cannot file alienation of affection against him. Texas eliminated that lawsuit many years ago.

If you file for divorce with grounds, you can ask for a disproportionate share of the community estate. If that is $1 then you might get 60 cents.

If you don't have an attorney, you definately need one.
