chid now lives with other parent can i still get back child support owe

I got costody of my child at age 3. Now at the age of 10 she moved in with mother. Now mother is wanting child support although she still owes me about 4years of back child support. Do not mind paying the support.What I would like to know is can I still get the past due support or have it go toward the support she now wants?

the delinquent child support would likely be negotiable in the motion to modify. If not agreed to by your ex, you might have to obtain a judgment for the past due child support in order to receive your credit.
