I want to know what I need to do, or how to file a petition to resend paternity, because I just found out after 3 years the children I'm payin child support for is not mine.The mother wrote me a letter and it was notorized that she was only trying to keep me with her at the time and that the 2 children are not mine. Can I take that back to Court as proof of fraud?

Generally, when the father gets acknowledged paternity, the father is the child's father. There is a possibility that a suit to challenge acknowledgement of paternity may be feasible as it appears that statutory time period for rescission may have passed already based on the facts that you have presented here. The suit for challenge would require more specifics on your case.
