Child abuse
I just found out that my son in law put my granddaughter age 3yr in a cold shower to try to make her stop crying. He did it atleast twice. Is this child abuse.

I think it is mean -- whether it is child abuse is probably a subjective question -- might matter how long she was in there, how cold the water was, and what the surrounding emotions were. (and I bet it just made her cry more!)
