Child of adultry
I have been seperated from my husband for over 6 yrs but not legally seperated. I have 2 children now that are not his. Does he have any legal rights to my children now?

As far as the State of Texas is concerned any children born to you while you are married to him are his unless he does something to deny paternity. By the way, Texas does not have "legal separation".
