Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child care

I have been to court with the babies father. An order for child support and help with medical insurance was set in place.

In TX the law states that they can require fathers to pay for half of child care costs. Who would I need to contact? And how would do I go about asking the courts to require him to pay for half the costs?

Re: child care

I AM UNFAMILIAR WITH ANY TEXAS LAW THAT REQUIRES HIM TO PAY HALF OF DAY CARE COSTS.

COULD YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE YOU FOUND THIS LAW?

IF HE WAS ORDERED TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT AND CARRY THE CHILD ON HEALTH INSURANCE, I BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE GETTING ALL THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET.
