Child care custody, Divorced.
Do I have the right to know the full name of my exhusband live-in girl friend (2 yrs) who is taking care of my 5 yrs daughter off and on during the summer (2 wks at a time).

You have the right to do a criminal background check and see if she's a registered sex offender.
