Is my child a concern in the divorce

My husband and I are both in the United States Air Force have decided to end our marriage. We were married in Kentucky when I was a month pregnant, even though our state of residence is Texas. To find out the baby is not his. Although he is not attempting any kind of custosy, I want to make sure that he can't attempt anything in the future. Any information would be wonderful. Thanks

The county and state you listed as your home state when you joined the military is where you need to file your divorce.
