At what age can a minor (15yrs old) decide which parent they want to live with in the state of texas?

A minor can never decide with whom he/she wants to live. At age 12 a child may inform the court of a choice for managing conservator, but the court is not bound by the choice. Depending on circumstances, the court may not even give it much weight. A child will reside where the court decides will be in the child's best interest.
