Child Custody and
my baby's dad has not payed child support since we split up and its been a year now. Can i take him to court on felony child abandment charges and if so what could the results to these charges be in the court of law?

You should contact the TX Attorney General and probably get a lawyer to assist you in making the father pay. There are other options than criminal prosecution, but you would want the OAG assisting you if that route is taken.
