Child custody and Back pay child support

I have 4 children of whom i have custody of and my ex-husband owes me 7 months of back pay child support.My ex-husband owes me a little more than $2000 of back pay child support, is there any way i could get that money back and if so,how?Also,my 13 year old daughter whom i have custody of wants to go and live with my ex-husband,is there any way i can provoke her from going over there?

You need to file a motion for enforcement for the child support arrears. Is he still not paying? If so, the AG's office might be able to help. As far as preventing your 13 old daughter from living with your XH, there is no legal way to stop her from exercising your choice.
