Child Custody Battle

I just went to court for a final hearing and I didn't like the settelment that was made because i can't trust the father with my daughter she is only 17months and they want standered vistition. I don't have a lawyer what can i do to get no vistition because of the house he lives in and the trouble he has been in.

I'm not sure what has happened in court. It sounds like you've had a trial and the Judge made his decision.

There is the possibility you could file for a "New Trial".

You can go to any law library and research family law issues.

The Harris County Law Library is located downtown close to the Family Law Center in the Jury Assembly Bldg. at the corner of Congress and Fannin.
