child custody

Im currently in a child custody battle over my son.I have him and the father wants to have joint custody where he has the baby and I pay child support.Heres the problem he molested my daughter and has been true billed over this matter.Can he get custody?

Probably not, but keep in mind that spouses often bring these kinds of charges regardless of whether they are true or not; so who knows. A judge knows someone is lying but it isn't always easy to determine who.
