child custody
We are in the beginning stages of divorce...there no legal agreement for visitations do i have to let the children see him? If I do allow the kids to see him can he ''keep'' them?

Without temporary orders you are under no obligation to "him". However, I never understand why people want to use their children as weapons in a divorce. Yes, he could keep them without an order, but for the sake of the children, why don't the two adults here go get an order so the children don't have to suffer so much pain of this divorce. Good Luck.
