Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child Custody
My boyfriend and I agreed not to have anymore relations between us both but we have a son together and he--name removed--trying to get full custody of our 2 month old child. We are not married at all but I still would like to continue the relationship in our child--name removed--life instead of one parent being in the picture. Can he just take full custody? I talked with him about visitation for us both but he rather have full custody. How can this matter at hand be ressolved? Including cost of attorney--name removed-- court, and preparation alone must cost a bundle right? If not, what is general estimate if I may ask?

Re: Child Custody
You need to go talk with a good family law attorney in your area and get a better idea of what can be done and how things work. Many do not charge for an initial consultation. You might also check and see if there is any free legal aid in your area.
