child custody

boyfriend of 12 years wants to take custody of 6 month old daughter. he is not listed as the father on the birth certificate. can he take her. i leave her with my parents just when i go to work. please send response to friends e-mail.

You better see a lawyer and get a custody order from the court. It will save you a lot of grief. Good Luck
