child custody

i want my 2 little boys custody for the reason that i want to move out of town right know he has visitations by court in safe heaven. we went to court cause i put him a protective order for domestic violence and he has suporvice vicitations cause he uses drugs and also he has 2 warrants and he is not paying child support and i want to fight my kids full costody

Full custody does not mean the other side gets no visitation. You need to talk to a good family law attorney. If he already has supervised visitation and it has been going well, and nothing new has happened (no new violence, no new arrests or convictions, etc.), many courts will be reluctant to totally terminate his contact with the children.
