Child custody

If i take care of my 10 month old little girl can my boyfriend who does not pay child support sue me for custody?

He can if he is the father, although if he has not been caring for and supporting the child it will probably be hard for him to win primary custody unless there is some reason you aren't good for the child. You will need a good family law attorney if he does sue you for custody.
