How would I go about getting my child's Fathers rights taken away permanently?

You would file a Petition to Terminate Parental Rights. If he opposes the Petition, it will be a difficult case to prosecute. Even if he does not oppose the Petition, courts are hestitant to let a parent off the hook for their responsibilities.

You really need to consult an attorney regarding the options available to you. You may prefer to force the child support issue, but deny visitation if his conduct warrants it. If you decide to proceed, you need an attorney, as this is a difficult goal to achieve.
