I was 16 when I found out I was preg. I was really scared because I the man who i was preg by was married and older than me, after he clearly stated he wouldnt leave his wife for us i choose to tell my family it was another mans child, but after a few months the truth came out and he moved in with us, we put is name on the birth cirtifate and changed my sons last name to his but now im not sure if he was the father after all and im about to kick him out. he has had a history of drug abuse and is even on prob. for drugs, and hes hit me a few times, but he always trys to blame it on me, hes crazy jealous and im scared how should i handle this legally where he cant take my son and i dont get in trouble for putting his name on the birth certifacte even thou i wasnt sure if he was the father..
