Child Custody

My daughter was awarded to her aunt about 5 years ago. At that time I was not in the picture and her mom was using meth. about 2 years ago I was contacted by her aunt who gave visitation rights. My daughter and I have since built a strong realationship and sh is ready to live with me. Her aunt says she will not dispute in fact will say she thinks it would be best for my daughter to go with me. Is there any way to do this without a big expensive lawyer fee. Or without an attorney all together. Your help is greatly appriciated!!!

A motion to modify may do the trick; however, I recommend that you get an attorney, even through legal aid.
