child custody

My daughter is here on summer vacation,from California. I have joint custody. She says she does not want to go back to her mother. She is 12. What can I do to legally keep her?

I would be glad to visit with you concerning your options if you care to contact me. However, from the facts which you have presented, it seems that any action to modify or change custody of your daughter would need to be brought in California.
