child custody

i have had my daughters since june 1 2007 my ex was busted with posession of a controled substance so i have kept the kids, they were suppose to go back to her on july 1 but she is now in rehab until end of july. with this on her record can i get custody of my girls?

You would have a very good chance. She is going to say that rehab cured her, but if you start Mon. and work feverishly with your attorney, dealing and using drugs is usually considered not in the best interest of the children. You will need a good lawyer and it will cost a lot of money, but it you want custody, it is worth it.
