Child Custody and Deadbeat Dad

My ex husband is horrible. Has paid 1 cs payment in 1 year. Still gets child for standard visitation. However if he is suppose to give me written notice for summer vacation and fails to do so but lets her daycare and the courts know he is taking her. Do I have to hand her over? I never got the written notice. He gets away with not following the decree and I always give written notice to him.

Since you were not provided notice, follow the decree, and let him have the July visitation that is probably in your decree. Petition the court for enforcement and contempt. Today.
