child custody child over 12

Divorced 11 years, my children are 17 and 14 and want to come live with me. Have signed, notarized affidavits from them and I filed a motion for modification. Can children come live with me until the hearing?

Not unless the other parent agrees.

Also, their affidavits are NOT binding on the judge.

Hopefully you have an attorney representing you.
