Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Custody

My and my soon to be ex-wife went to court for a custody hearing of our 2 yr old. We were sent to mediation and we came to an agreement so there were never any court orders set. Now she has taken my child a refused to let me see her. Our agreement is that the child will live with me and she will have visitation. What do i need to do?

Did someone file "an Order" for the Judge to sign?

If so, that document controls.
