Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

regarding child custody

Father and children are US citizens. Mother is Indian citizen. Mother abducted children and staying in India. father has US custody papers.

Question is how to get the kids back to US from India .

This is a terrible international problem sometimes requiring many months and thousands of dollars to solve. You will have to get the Indian government (probably the province in which your ex-wife now has the children) to recognize a U.S. Court order. Highly complex and if there is a comma or an ' out of place, sometimes the foreign government will use any excuse to deny a U.S. judgment. Good Luck.
