Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Custody and Felonies

If I have a couple felonies which I was never convicted for but were adjudicated, does this hurt my child custody chances? I want 50/50 split with my spouse. One felony was fraud and second was VPO for domestic situation. My spouse and I reconciled after VPO so does this have any merit? Both were more than 5 years ago.
