Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Custody

My fiance was raped and a child was born of this rape. Texas is allowing this guy to keep his rights to this child but he is not paying any child support as per court order and is working under the table to avoid paying. He is not keeping in contact with his child and calls whenever her feels like, which is confusing the child. He is allowed to contact his child by court order. Is there any way to stop his ability to contact and what ways are there to have him give up his rights by either force or court decision if any.

Re: Child Custody

You and your fiance really need to go talk with a good family law attorney. There are several things that can be done such as an enforcement for the child support he's not paying, a modification of the current Order, or a possible termination and adoption by you after the marriage. Good Luck!
