Child Custody Fight?

I am currently pregnant and me and my ex boyfriend dont get along anymore. He wants to take the baby away from me when it is born, while mad (not meaning it at all) I said I was going to end up having a miscarriage and I had told him I was going to get an abortion and he had came with me but I couldnt go through with it, he wanted me to get it and so did my parents at the time, I want to know what the chances are of him getting the baby I was mad at the time, im not mentally unstable or anything, but he has those text messages that he can use against me and I dont know what to do. I dont want him to take the baby from me. I also have text messages where he has texted me saying that he is ''Too drunk to know what is going on''. He has a job but its a full time job, I go to school and my parents are going to help me out financially I want to know what the chances of him getting custody are?

Although you have provided a great deal of information, it is still not enough to speculate on the outcome. As the mother of a newborn, with parental assistance, you may be in a good position to be primary conservator of your child. Since your parents are helping you financially, ask them to hire a lawyer for you now.

You are obviously in a better position to be awarded custody as compared to the "father". It is a complicated issue where you need to take whatever initiative you can.
