Child custody

My ex filed for divorce when I was in rehab, 3 months out it was final, that was in Feb this year. My ex got custodial custody I have visitation. I want more custody maybe even full. What can I do?

You probably will not be able to file for custody till next February - one year after decree signed. How did he get custody? Did you agree to it, did you default by not answering or showing up to trial? You may want to talk to an attorney now to see what if anything can be done and to plan for future custody battles.
