child custody Need to find help
I have a problem with finding a lawyer I am going through a child custody with my son's father the thing is he didn't want to have anything to do with me when he found out I was pregnant and after my son was born now he has want custody of my son. I can't afford a lawyer I had one and he withdrew from the case because I couldn't afford to pay him I had one court hearing with him and he decided to quit before my next court hearing so I went to legal aid and they told me the day before my hearing that they couldn't take my case so I went to the hearing myself my sons father has a lot of money so he has a lawyer I know nothing about the laws and now my sons father get to take him out of state to NC. (that is where he is station in the army)CPS is involved with this case. They where called in for abuse but that was not proved in the first hearing so now they are says drugs I have passed all drug test my husband has not there are a lot of people involved in this case and the people that get to see my son that are on drug it is not fair I have superivised visitation and there people that get to keep him all weekend long that could go to jail at any minute or are on probation for drugs with my son at there home.

If you can not get the funds to hire from friends and family then you could try the Law Schools they have legal clinics that may help. Good-Luck.
