what forms do i need to get my sons father to sign over rights? he is not on child supprt and we do not live togethr, and have nothing to do with him, would like to keep it that way.

I don't know if any court in Texas would terminate his rights.

Is there a court that currently has jurisdiction over your child? If so, you need a cerified copy of that court order.
