Child Custody

How hard is it for a man to take a child from its mother. I am extrememly unhappy in my marriage, and want to leave my husband. I am just scared that he will fight me for our daughter. He makes WAY more money than I do, but I am by far the better parent. He has a daughter from a previous relationship who he faught to have custody of and won. Please help.

You understand the problem very well. This could happen to you. You need to get a good lawyer that can make him pay your attorneys fees due to the disparity in income. Good Luck
