hello...i was wondering if you are a relative of a child who seems to be having problems with her mother and the child wants to live with you is there a chance that the child would placed with you; even if the child insist that she really wants to live with you?

I am unable to give you a definate answer based on the limited information you provided.
What a child wants is NOT binding on a Texas court. If they are over 12 they can state where they prefer to live. However, it's up to a judge to decide what is best for the child.
Both parents would have to be party to this lawsuit.
