my husband got custody of my child this morning in court...i have visitation rights only ...when me and my husband were together he abused my son badly i took pictures of this and proof im scared that my child is in harm of being with him..if i leave with my child what will happen to me all im trying to do is protect my son

I'm sorry this happened to you. I don't know all the details. If you take your son, you will be in contempt of court. You could be put in jail and lose all visitation rights with your child. Regroup with your lawyer or get a new lawyer and start a new plan. Taking your son is full of bad possibilities.
