child custody

my ex and i have joint custody of our two boys. HOWEVER, the decree states that he can determine the primary residence of the children. i strenuously objected to his moving the boys but he did it anyway. how can i force him legally to move back?

Re: child custody

Unless the order contained a provision restricting the residence of the children to a specific geographic region, he has the right to designate the residence of those children as he pleases.
