Child Custody

I need legal forms that w/cut time & costs so my daughter who's a single parent can surrender custody of her baby over to us (her parents). We need to fill out forms as soon as possible so she can inlist in the army. Biological father who has pays not support & has no real intrest in baby claims he will sign forms.

I think you may be asking about an adoption. If so, you will need an attorney and you can expect fees in the $5,000.00 range.

If you only want some form of temporary custody, you will still need to see an attorney to do it correctly, and your price range would be around $3,000.00

Custody of children is a serious legal matter and must be treated as such. Using just some 'forms' will possibly create more problems.

You wouldn't use a stick and a piece of rope to treat a broken leg, you'd go to a doctor or hospital, so don't try to deal with this without the proper advise.
