child custody modification

how can i approch the court with a child custody modification with out having to hire an attorney,where can i get the correct forms i need to do this,my ex wife had agreed to give me custody of my daughter (13) and she will keep custody of a our son (11),so we need to get this changed on the divorce decree, to state as such.with her agreeing to this, it seems unesasrry to have to pay an attorney a big fee, for this. please help.

You can go to the Harris County Law Library located in downtown Houston in the Jury Assembly Bldg. Bring money to make copies. They have many books about custody and family law in Texas.

You will soon recognize that even if agreed it is not as easy as it seems.

The paperwork must be done properly or else the Judge won't sign it.

My deposit is $990 then weekly payments.
