Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Custody Modification

I would like to know how to file an uncontested child custody modification in Wichita Falls TX. I want to do it myself without having to involve an attorney. I am not sure exactly which forms I need to have in order to file so that this will take as little time as possible. Please help. Any information that you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I would hire an attorney.

You can go to a law library and try to do the research yourself.

I went to law school for 3 years in order to know how to do it.

If you have no money, I would contact the State Bar of Texas in Austin and find the non-profit legal services in your area.
