Child Custody Modification

my ex husband and I have for the past 11 yrs gone out of our way to be always be friendly and not argue for our son. Things were going wonderfully until I lost everything and asked my sons father to please help with our son until I could get back on my feet. I still spent every other weekend with my son and was there for him but I was just served with papers that his father filed to modify the custody. There more involved here but I need help. Court hearing is tomorrow and I don't know what to do

A court hearing tomorrow - you've waited until the last minute. Hire an attorney now or when you go tell the judge that you want time to hire an attorney.
