my mom and my stepdad is about to get a divorce. my stepdad had been threatning my mom about taking the baby away from us. he doesnt have a job and he got kicked out of the army because he has mental problems......one problem is my mom has commited a crime before.. how big is the chance that my mom will get the baby??

How old is the crime? What was the crime? There are many factors that the judge will take into consideration, including current state of stability. Your mom needs to talk to a lawyer.
