child custody
i have a two month old baby the father didnt want nothing to with the baby and he wants to take court to get full custdy the baby can he do that

You need a lawyer immediately. The court will determine what is in the child's best interest. As the dad, he has rights and obligations concerning the child, even if he has been absent the last two months.
