Child Custody

Mother of 2 children signed her rights to kids to maternal grandmother, father to be released from jail in April, did not sign away kids, wants them, can he get them without going to court?

Assuming there is a Court Order in place making the Grandmother the primary conservator, then no, not without going to Court. Dad really needs to talk to a good family law attorney when he gets out and before he does anything.
