Child custody

If I have primary custody would I ever be able to move out of state due to my husband being active duty military?

Re: Child custody

I assume you're asking because you have a geographic restriction. In most cases, you can get your ex's written permission (if that is possible) or you can go back to Court and ask the Court to give you permission.

You really need to talk to a good family law attorney and let him or her review your Decree or current Order.
